Grovo is a online supermarket app designed to enhance the shopping experience for customers. In the rapidly evolving landscape of retail and technology, Grovo aims to leverage digital advancements to provide users with a convenient, efficient, and enjoyable way to shop for groceries.

Grovo app is to simplify the grocery shopping process for users, offering them a user friendly experience. It seeks to pass over the gap between traditional in-store shopping and online convenience, catering to the diverse needs of modern consumers. Grovo aims to save users time, their decision-making, and foster a more engaging relationship between customers and their preferred supermarkets.

After talking to the stakeholders I understood the business problem that I want to tackle. here are the stakeholders paint points,
People are using the app less, and want to figure out why to keep them interested.
Some users find the app a bit confusing, so we're looking to make it easier to use. There are technical issues like the app being slow or crashing sometimes.
Managing our inventory and supply chain efficiently is another goal to make sure always have what customers need.
The app's suggestions based on what users like could be better, and aiming to make them more customized.
Security for mobile payments is a big concern too. Lastly, want better tools to understand what users like and what's trending in the market.

I Interviewed several individuals aged 18-55.The number of participants was 10.
I conduct street interviews, as well as context and experts interviews. Most of our street interviews turned up to have nearly the same problems. Some individuals said that they hide their pain and emotions when it occurs.
Confusion about costs to buy the goods.
Going to a supermarket without knowing beforehand what they have available.
Individuals often couldn't track their orders.
Difficulty in making decisions due to lack of information.
Time constraints and navigating crowded stores are common challenges.
Need of loyalty programs, appreciating discounts and exclusive offers.
Not showing the detailed product information, including nutritional facts
